• Introducing the host school and performing icebreaking activities

• Presenting Guided Imagery concept. 

• Reykjavik sightseeing

• Experiencing Guided Imagery Silk Relaxation

• Exchanging ideas and oppinions about Guided Imagery.

• Preparing own ways to practice it by building up collection involving all five sences of the body.

• Experiencing cultural activities,meeting local people, practicing Icelandic language.

• Individual activities for building up the collection. Experiencing Icelandic nature and water.

• Creating the Guided Imagery part of Minecraft Teacher Wellness Center Role play activities.

• E-Twinning platform of project.

• Guided Imagery techniques. Disscussing and sharing collections.

• Trip to Reykjaness
