The Boost Yourself project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, is an international project for teachers. The project code is KA220 Erasmus+ 'Boost Yourself' - 'Wzmocnij się' nr 2021-2-PL01-KA220-SCH-000050352 and it takes place from 2022 to 2024. The main coordinator of the project is IX High School in Gdańsk, Poland, under the leadership of Director Małgorzata Solowska. The project coordinators are Małgorzata Brasseaux and Jolanta Świerszczko.

The project involves the participation of 25 teachers, five from each of the five countries: Portugal, Iceland, Lithuania, Turkey, and Poland. Each country organizes training sessions and workshops on specific topics. Portugal focuses on Art Therapy, Iceland on Guided Imagery, Lithuania on Canistherapy, Turkey on Mindfulness, and Poland on Transcendental Meditation.

The first mobility took place from October 3rd to 7th, 2022, in the Azores, Portugal. The teachers participated in Art Therapy activities organized by teachers from Escola Basica Integrada da Praia da Vitoria. The activities, led by Sandra Leite and Antonio Borba, took place both in the school and in the field. The teachers had the opportunity to observe the school and students during active work. Artistic performances by the school's students were also held in the auditorium for the program participants. In the computer-conference room, a presentation by the Turkish team, coordinated by Dilek Keçelioğlu, İlhan Özdemir, and İsmail Besler, was held. They discussed the activities on the Minecraft Education platform and organized a knowledge contest on the subject, in which Małgorzata Brasseaux and Maria Wojtowicz from Poland ranked first and third, respectively. During fieldwork, the teachers had opportunities to showcase their creativity by creating images on stones, sketches on canvases, and participating in integrating Portuguese games such as Aggravation Wahoo Board Game and Golf. Zygmunt Pilarek captured wonderful photos during each activity of the mobility. Maria Wojtowicz presented the city of Gdańsk alongside four other countries during her presentation. Throughout the mobility, the teachers' level of professional burnout was analyzed using Doc forms. The main task and goal of the project are to teach the 25 project participants the ability to draw inspiration and increase motivation in their teaching profession. Additionally, the teachers enhanced their language skills through various cultural activities.
