On January 27, 2023, teacher Malgorzata Brasseaux from the 9th High School in Gdansk was invited to a meeting for educational authorities and teachers at the FRSE National Agency in Warsaw. The teacher presented the impact of receiving the EITA 2022 European Innovative Teaching Award and introduced the Erasmus+ “Boost Yourself” KA220 project and its five therapies related to the need to improve teachers' well-being. She emphasized the need to work on the issue of burnout and to take care of hard-working teachers. By incorporating the therapies into their daily lives, teachers are motivated, inspired and their work becomes more productive.
