On March 14, 2024, teachers from the IX High School in Gdansk, Malgorzata Brasseaux and Jolanta Swierszczko, were invited by the educational authorities of the western part of Poland in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship to give a lecture to teachers on good practices in the Erasmus+ KA220 BOOST YOURSELF project. They emphasized the importance of well-being in a teacher's life, presenting five great therapies that were introduced as part of the project. It was a great opportunity to emphasize the need to take care of oneself and maintain a worklife balance.
