On the 7th of June 2023, a conference for Tricity school teahers was held at IX High Shool in Gdansk. The teachers discussed the dissemination of Erasmus+ projects' Good Practices. The coordinators presented their projects and results. The Boost Yourself project as introduced by its coordinator Malgorzata Brasseaux. The five techniques, which help in job burnout strggles, were presented to the teachers from the schools of Tricities. Al the teachers were enthusiastic about the project's ideas. Mrs Ktarzyna Sawicka, the European Commission expert, discussed the topic. Moreover, the expert presented recommentdations on future trends and priority topics for the Erasmus+projects.
